Jeneen is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Mubadala Arabian Center for Climate and Environmental Science. In this position, she is helping develop a coral reef monitoring program for the United Arab Emirates and expanding on her research using trait-based approaches to understand ecosystem functions. She hopes to combine experimental work with observational survey data from the Arabian Gulf, a sea with a uniquely considerable temperature variation, to understand the patterns and trajectories of coral reef functional changes.
